For his “outstanding” thesis project the Bauhaus University Weimar honoured Leef Hansen and his film A PLACE BENEATH THE SURFACE. The grant ceremony took place at the Oberlichtsaal at the historical main building at the Bauhaus in Weimar.

The Film is a Co-Production together with Julia Wichmann.
